Should any crew member be hired a fee is charged based on percentage of salary paid. Yacht owners are charged for crew they hire based on a percentage of salary paid. For permanent placement a fee of 4% of annual salary is due; for seasonal, one weeks salary; for temporary, 10% of salary paid.
